This technique is an accompaniment tool for the manager / coach who wants to manage the transition in his employee, when there is a communication difficulty in the latter. This technique favors the study, the alignment and the application of principles of reflection preceding a decision-making, during an organizational transition (multiple changes, rapid growth of the organization or problem of lack of autonomy of the employees) for example. It is also to learn the “management of the silence” through the observation of “the other” (diagnosis / indices / human environment).
