A creative visualization technique that is part of these new methods that are increasingly popular among managers, due to its undeniable effectiveness and whose main objective is to improve the concentration of an individual in connection with a project.
This one refers to this capacity to imagine an idea and then to realize it concretely, with success.

Conditions of application

Maintaining a constant state, for a specified duration, of a concentration capacity out of the normal usually required. This concentration can be conscious and / or pre-conscious (in the background) but always present, for the total duration of the chosen project. This implies the psychic skill (essential pre-determined condition) that an individual will have to maintain his mental focus, in connection with his ability to achieve a project / action with multiple components in the short or medium term.

Beyond the “brainstorming” …. Mind Mapping and the “SUMAE Technique”

This technique, practiced in two stages, is part of the new specialized approaches in creativity and transfer of the KNOWLEDGE intimacy, to promote the symbolic and gestural communication during a discussion, while helping the manager to position his reflection at the level of the skills necessary to the team he manages, for example, to carry out a project. It can also quickly detect resistance, both personal and environmental, to maximize communication between different interlocutors. The main objective here is to maintain a human diagnosis that will finalize a project with success. And finally, it comes from two concepts used simultaneously during the application of said technique. These concepts are Gendlin’s FOCUSING (USA) and Jung’s SYNCHRONICITY (timing).

The SUMAÉ technique conveys the right vision of a project, for the manager called to lead a project of strategic scope, while facilitating the diagnosis of potential problems, for the team involved in such a process, in connection with a decision to take, an alignment to endorse to successfully reach a pre-defined target with minimal error and maximum profitability. Everything here is a question of communication, associated with the diagnosis of relevant variables that may positively or negatively affect the success of a project, related to the information to be disseminated and the understanding of the issues associated with a project, where

  • the priorities are well defined and readjusted periodically + follow-up
  • the steps to follow are clearly stated

Thus, it is by maintaining the mental focus of the individual trained during the application of the SUMAÉ Technique (knowing how to use my astonishing abilities) + application of Mind Mapping that a sustained reflection is favored, in connection with the results pre-defined. It then voluntarily maintains an intuitive process of reflection, giving access to information usually unavailable in conscious mode in humans. The essential becomes obvious after the links generated in “focusing” mode of reflection.


It allows the manager, and his team, to use all the potential of reflection (incursion in the INTIMATE KNOWLEDGE of an individual) and creativity present during a discussion and this, on demand, while bypassing fatigue, stress, resistance and confrontations of the personal type. This technique stimulates communication beyond perceptions, sometimes very unhealthy during a discussion, and uses different subtle mental skills called “performance” to promote the exchange focused on the essentials of a project and its issues strategic. These skills are:

  •  projection capacity
  •  focusing
  •  non-perceptual communication
  •  strategic vision
  •  synchronic and linear reflection process (by spontaneous association)
  •  body decoding (silent language beyond words …)

5. neutralize emotions (eliminates impulsiveness)
